Before we built Suzee AI, we ran service businesses ourselves. Starting at just 19 and 21 years old, we learned firsthand what it's like to lose a $3,000 job because you couldn't answer the phone while on a ladder. We know the frustration of listening to voicemails at 9 PM, calling back customers who've already hired someone else. We understand that in service businesses, every call matters.

That's why we created Suzee AI. Not as tech outsiders trying to solve a problem we don't understand, but as service business owners who lived this problem every single day. We combined our coding background (yeah, we've been programming since we were 12) with our real-world experience running service companies to build something that actually works for businesses like yours.
